Frequently asked questions
Practical answers about hiring equipment with FM Equipment Rental LLC across the UAE — quotes, mobilisation, service, and how we work with your site team.
Hiring & quotes
Use the Get a quote page: select your equipment category (and a specific model if you know it), tell us your emirate, programme dates, and site notes. We confirm availability and commercial terms offline — we do not publish fixed hire rates on the website.
Hire depends on duration, mobilisation distance, fuel strategy, attachments, and fleet rotation. FM Rental prepares indications and formal quotes once we understand your programme — that avoids misleading “from” figures that do not match your site reality.
Include as much as you can: emirate and site access, required dates (or “ASAP”), single-line or load details for power, height or reach for lifts, pressure/flow for compressors, noise limits for generators, and any consultant or client reference numbers. Photos or gate rules also help logistics.
Services describes how FM Rental supports hire — power, compressed air, lifting, cabins, field service, and more. Products groups representative equipment models by category so you can shortlist what to discuss. Both lead to the same enquiry and quote workflow.
Delivery & mobilisation
Yes. FM Equipment Rental LLC operates from Dubai with coverage across Abu Dhabi, the Northern Emirates, and Fujairah. Delivery, crane picks, and fuel coordination are planned with your site rules and gate times in mind.
Notice depends on equipment class and fleet position. Standard construction packages often mobilise quickly; specialist or high-demand classes benefit from early booking. Tell us your critical path — we will be honest about what is achievable.
Many programmes require night pours or weekend handovers. Share your shift pattern and permit hours; we align delivery slots and, where agreed, support windows with your site team.
Service & support
Office hours are Saturday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Friday closed). For urgent faults on hired equipment, FM Rental provides 24/7 triage through our service desk with escalation to workshop and field engineers across the UAE.
Follow your site isolation and permit rules first. Then call the main line or the number on your hire documentation. Have the unit serial or hire reference ready if possible — it speeds routing to the correct product team.
FM Rental follows an ISO-minded maintenance culture with pre-dispatch checks appropriate to the equipment class. Job cards and hour tracking support customers who need documentation for audits or consultants.
Safety & site requirements
Licensed operators, lift plans, hot-work permits, and site HSE rules remain the hirer’s responsibility unless a specific scope is agreed in writing. We support familiarisation and documented handovers for MEWPs and plant where your programme requires it.
Yes — acoustic canopies and super-silent classes are part of our generator offering. Share your noise limit or curfew; we propose equipment class and placement advice aligned with your engineer of record.
FM Rental promotes disciplined maintenance and documentation suitable for ISO-minded customers. For formal certificates or client-specific vendor packs, ask our team when you enquire — we align paperwork with your tender or mobilisation checklist.

Head office is in Dubai (Al Ttay Industrial Area, Al Khawaneej 2). We also maintain presences in Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah. Full addresses, phone numbers, and maps labels appear on our Contact page.
