Mobilisation narrative
Shell construction on a high-rise required reliable feeds for tower cranes and material hoists during summer peaks. FM Rental sized feeders and backup sets for simultaneous crane cycles and hoist peaks. Heat derating was documented for the consultants review.
Blackout tests were rehearsed with the main contractor before each new crane tie. Service response targets were written into the weekly programme review.
