Mobilisation Narrative
Atlantis, The Palm sits at the tip of the Palm Jumeirah crescent where resort construction, marine interfaces, and guest-facing landscapes overlap. FM Rental supplied diesel generators with distribution boards and cabling for shell and fit-out packages, boom and scissor lifts for atrium and façade access, and lighting for overnight works when delivery windows were constrained by island logistics and monorail / roadway access.
Plant placement respected emergency routes, hotel bridge approaches, and marina edges. Fuel containment and spill response followed the Palm Jumeirah and resort HSE packs; field engineers attended first energisation of temporary boards serving successive hospitality and back-of-house zones.
When fit-out packages extended across wings, hire amendments kept inducted serial numbers on site so access and power records stayed continuous for the main contractor’s QA file. Off-hire tracked each handover so plant cleared before public and guest interfaces opened.
