Mobilisation Narrative

Dubai Parks and Resorts brings together Motiongate, Legoland, Riverland, hotel, and supporting infrastructure across a large integrated leisure destination. FM Rental supplied diesel generators with distribution for shell and MEP packages, LED lighting towers for overnight civils and outdoor compounds, compaction plant for roads and hardstandings, and boom lifts for façade and plant-room access on park and hospitality envelopes.

Deliveries followed destination traffic plans and gate rules so plant cleared guest arrival corridors and emergency routes as parks approached opening. Fuel containment and spill response matched developer and contractor HSE packs; field engineers covered first energisation of temporary boards serving successive attraction and retail zones.

When park packages overlapped across themed zones, hire amendments kept inducted serial numbers on site so QA records stayed continuous. Off-hire tracked each zone handover so plant demobilised before public opening.
